About the Phantom

Born 1944. Raised as a military brat in an Air Force family.  Father served for 20 years and was a B-25 pilot in WW II, received a Purple Heart.  As a dependent lived in Washington DC, Japan (2), Ohio, South Carolina, Florida, Louisana, and New York.

Received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech (4 years ROTC), and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from University of Utah.

I completed a 26 year career in the Air Force, retiring as a Lt. Colonel. Flew the F-4 Phantom for 10 years completing 276 combat missions during the Vietnam conflict.  The remining 16 years were spent in various staff positions incuding serving as a US delegate to Nato on interoperability of comand and control systems.  My career ended as the Deputy Diretor for the configuration management of the Air Force’s flight simulators.

Lived in Mississippi, California (2), Thailand (2), Utah, Japan, Virginia, Hawaii and Florida (2).

Served 15 years as a Regional Financial Director for a large University providing oversight of  teaching locations in the Southeastern US.

Conducted official Air Force, University or  personal business in Arizona, New Mexico, Kentucky, Texas, Puerto Rico, Cuba(Guantanamo Bay), Japan, Philippines,  Korea, Taiwan, Iceland, Belgium, Germany, Greece, England and Denmark

Married with 4 grown sons, 9 grandchildren.

My beautiful wife has worked at various jobs at all duty assignments while raising 4 successful sons (she is a Saint). She established a retail business meeting a employee payroll for 10 years.  For the next 8 years she served as  a National Store/District Manager for 10 retail stores in the SE and Puerto Rico

Retired and concerned about the course our great country is taking. Attempting to play golf.
